Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide more than 24 hours notice. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other people.
2. Refunds for Consultations
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you have paid in advance and cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, a full refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
3. Procedures and Vaccinations
Payments made for vaccinations, minor procedures, or lab tests that have already been administered or processed cannot be refunded. If you have pre-paid for a procedure or vaccination that has not yet been administered, you may be eligible for a refund upon cancellation.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.
